Abstract
The accuracy of Cebeci-Smith, Spalart and Allmaras turbulence models in calculating the performance of single and multi-element airfoils is investigated by using an interactive boundary-layer approach that combines the solutions of the inviscid flow equations and boundary-layer equations. Results are presented for both single and multi-element airfoils and comparisons are made with experimental data
