Abstract
In the work a macroscopic equation of yield stress of steel is showed. We have used a new thermo-elastic and thermo-visco-plastic material. The model takes into account the history of the material and a possibility of phase change in it to occur, with temperature-dependent material properties. An examplary to calculate accumulated yield stress for the steel 55 (0,55% C, 0,65% Mn, 0,27% Si, max. 0,040% P, max. 0,30% Cr) is showed. The numerical results of this method is compared with experimental data. The constitutive law of yield stress is necessary for numerical analysis of burnishing rolling operation. 1 Introduction One of the most important technological problems in the manufacturing and in the recovery of elements is the formation of the outer layer, characterised by assi
