Abstract
Measurements of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone concentrations were made at different forested regions in Mexico. Two simultaneous samplings were performed at two sites located in Mexico State, Temascaltepec, and Rancho Viejo, a forested area considered as a rural site; one more was taken at a site located in the sierra of Puebla (Cuetzalan); and two simultaneous samplings were taken in a rural site, Monte Pío, located 100 m away from the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, and, lastly one was taken inside tropical woodland, within the ecological reserve "Los Tuxtlas".
