Abstract
An ontological approach to knowledge management in engineering companies of the energy sector F. A. ~atzias' & F.-M. These people experience a knowledge-sharing problem, as they do not communicate on the same wavelength. This situation is not expected to change in the near future because young engineerslscientists seem also to have an inadequatelconfused background as regards energylexergylemergy concepts and their relations. For solving this problem, we propose a 24-stage knowledge management methodology based on the creation of a local ontological knowledge base. Th
