Delgado o/ Compeer cfe , MadrW, Boodzf/a ABSTRACT This paper presents an Eulerian 3D Dispersion Urban Site Model (EDUSM) which is an integrated system for air quality simulations. It has been specifically designed for an urban environment. The model has been integrated with a resis- tance deposition model, a photochemical package (for accounting the effects of solar radiation over NO, NO^ and 03, in to 502 as a passive pollutant) and a detailed dynamic emission model based on CO BIN AIR and EPA data. INTRODUCTION With around five million inhabitants and more than two million vehicles of most of the types, Madrid, the capital of Spain, lies on a relatively flat plateau (600 m above sea level (ASL)), with a north-west mountain range up to 2500
