Abstract
With the purpose of using for agriculture a surface of about 8.000 ha in the seashore area Sinoe-Vadu, the softening of the underground water is essential among other land reclamation measures. The solutions of the underground water softening were analysed by means of a mathematical model based on the finite element method.
