A successful information management system will allow the coming generation, of power plants to be operated more efficiently and effectively. Successful information management is realized by directly coupling use and evolution of the system itself to each step, process, and working group pertaining to the plant for both design and operations. This approach allows operations to use all the information on which the plant has been based, to track all the data, references, drawings, and linkages for millions of objects to a singular framework.
