Abstract

Abstract A study was made to find the physiological and the psychological effects of whole-body v~blatioil 111 a very low frequency range and an experiment was cari~cd out using multi-input vibration testing equipment. Physiolog~cai effects were examned by investigating the effects on thc cardiovascular system, ~espiratory ~noveine~lt and salivatron to confirm the effects on the autonomrc nervous systcm It is necessary to have data for those subjected to vibrat~on and the auns were to serve as a cautionary guide for the application of frequencywe~ ghting curves with respect to health. Exposure to 21-inin, equivalent acceleration equal to or grcatcr than O I I rn'$2 r m s is considered the state of ?y~npnthetic nervous system. The health effect range appeared to the acceleration, frequency, direction and duratmn (2 1 -1ni11). 1 hese effects require very low frequencies foi long duratlon exposures It made a physiolog~cal comparison betneen the Standard and these results The gulde for the applicat
