In order to treat complex structure of the blood vessel with branches, we introduce two major techniques in the blood flow simulation; a high-accurate numerical scheme ID0 (Interpolated Differential Operator) which has been developed to solve Navier-Stokes equation as a compact scheme by using local Hermite interpolation, and AMR (Adaptive Mesh Refinement) method to gather fine meshes around the blood flow in Cartesian grid to describe the geometry of the vessel accurately keeping less computation.
